Ingredients needed:
- 2 boxes of Ghirardelli Brownie Mix
- ⅔ cup of water
- ⅔ cup of vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 packages of Nestle’s cookie dough (may not use both packages entirely, based on size of pan used)
- Box of Oreo cookies
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit
- Prepare baking pan by lightly spraying it with a non-stick cooking spray
- Choose pan as directed on brownie mix box
- Spread the cookie dough to cover the entire bottom of the pan
- Neatly place Oreo cookies over cookie dough in pan in a single layer (do not overlap Oreos)
- Make brownie mix
- Follow the directions on the back of the brownie mix Pour ⅔ cup of water into a bowl
- Pour ⅔ cup of oil into a bowl
- Crack 2 eggs into the bowl
- Mix all ingredients together
- Pour the two brownie mixes into the bowl
- Mix all ingredients
- Follow the directions on the back of the brownie mix Pour ⅔ cup of water into a bowl
- Pour the brownie mixture from the bowl onto the tray of cookie dough and Oreos
- Place tray into the oven
After approximately 45 minutes in the oven, your brownies will be ready to eat!
