DOES IT WORK??

According to the Sleep Foundation, this drink can improve sleep quality and is said to help. However, psychologist and sleep specialist, Dr. Carolyn Levers-Landis does not believe that this drink can magically cure those with insomnia or other sleep disorders. These ingredients have been shown to increase relaxation and make it easier to sleep to some overall extent.

MY ADVICE: 

Personally, after trying the Sleepy Girl Mocktail,  I give it an overall rating of 5/10. The drink itself, taste wise, was average. The drink was slightly bitter but the after taste wasn’t bad. Now, for the sleep aspect, it didn’t do much. I would say that it helped me feel more calm but I didn’t feel more sleepy or have better sleep. Despite the average rating, my overall advice would be to try it and see if it works for you because it was a fun experience!
